Nature Cyanotype Workshop

July 23, 2022 @ 10:00 AM

Nature of Cyanotype

Welcome to the Nature Cyanotype Workshop!

Spending time in nature allows the body to become balanced from the constant strain of day-to-day life, thoughts, and feelings. Through this workshop we will be discussing how the natural elements correspond to the body's energy centers, how color is therapeutic, and indulging in the environment to acquire balance.

SPEAKERS

Danielle Creamer will be leading the Nature Cyanotype Workshop; however, this workshop would have not been complete without the assistance of Theresa Adamchik and the LET staff.

Danielle Creamer

My name is Danielle Creamer and I the art therapy intern at LET that is providing 1:1 service for children and adults. A little bit about myself and experience, currently I am a graduate student at Saint Mary of the Woods, IN for art therapy and counseling and will be graduating this coming December. Before, my time with LET I received a B.A. from Georgetown College with a degree in Psychology and interning as an art therapy student with families and patients in our local hospital and psychiatric facility. I have worked with adults with traumatic brain injuries and aphasic clients. I have also worked extensively with children from being an after-school counselor, a reading specialist with children and adolescents with dyslexia, adhd, autism, and articulation, a college and career counselor for adolescents, and a lead art therapy student at the Brooks hospital with inpatient and outpatient services for children. I am ecstatic to see you all soon.
